Leighton has been officially certified as a Great Place To Work® for a third year running.

This certification is a significant milestone that reflects Leighton’s ongoing commitment to creating a workplace culture where colleagues feel empowered, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

The Great Place To Work® certification is awarded based on direct feedback from colleagues, gathered through the globally recognised Trust Index Survey, which measures colleague experience, satisfaction, and engagement across several key dimensions. To earn certification, businesses must meet a minimum benchmark score of 65%, which Leighton has surpassed with flying colours.

“Our colleagues are the foundation of everything we do, and this certification is a real celebration of their experience at Leighton”, said James Bunting, Leighton CEO. “We’ve worked hard to build a culture that gives colleagues the freedom, flexibility, and opportunity to thrive – not just professionally, but personally too.”

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to drive performance and innovation. Earning this certification signals that Leighton is delivering on its promise of a people-first, purpose-driven environment.

Leighton places huge importance on well-being, balance, and personal growth. From flexible working to inclusive leadership, from access to career development to prioritising mental health – it is all designed to help colleagues feel seen, supported and motivated.

This certification reinforces Leighton’s ambition to become the North’s leading AWS software partner and supports its continued team growth and long-term expansion goals.
