Leighton ranked 43rd in the brand-new UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List for medium-sized companies which recognises the top 100 businesses making colleague development a key part of company culture.
The listed workplaces offer colleagues the chance to better themselves, to learn new skills, and to progress within the organisation. The companies included on the list have demonstrated they understand that development is not one-size fits all, and they actively support every single colleague to undertake their own tailored journey of growth.
Leighton’s inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges its continued commitment to colleague development, enhancing colleague experience and empowering its people to take ownership of their career progression.

During the anonymous Trust Index™ survey which forms part of the shortlisting process, Leighton colleagues were asked to rank the company on a range of statements. 96% of colleagues agreed that Leighton was a great place to work and 94% agreed that people looked forward to coming to work.
